Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Graduate Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will undergo structured training and gain hands-on experience in engineering functions, project work, and departmental responsibilities to prepare for future leadership roles. Key Responsibilities: Assist in the design, development, and testing of engineering projects. Support senior engineers in project planning, execution, and documentation. Participate in site visits, inspections, and quality checks. Learn company procedures, standards, and compliance guidelines. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical challenges. Prepare reports, presentations, and technical documentation. Continuously learn and apply new engineering techniques and tools. Key Skills Required: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Good communication and teamwork abilities. Proficiency in MS Office and basic of AutoCAD. Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment. Basic understanding of engineering principles and practices.
