As part of the Economic and Financial Consulting team, you will be a key player in providing valuation opinions and expert testimony in commercial disputes. Your role will involve analyzing economic and financial issues, building robust econometric and financial models, and presenting complex concepts in a clear and understandable manner. Key Responsibilities: - Assess claims, quantify damages, and evaluate economic damages in international arbitration and litigation support. - Analyze the effects of mergers and acquisitions on prices and competition in Antitrust & Competition Economics. - Provide expertise in pricing, valuation, and risk management in regulated industries. - Utilize analytical software such as Microsoft VBA or Access, and data resource software like Capital IQ, Thomson Reuters, and Bloomberg. - Critically evaluate information, conduct research efficiently, and communicate effectively both verbally and in writing. Qualifications Required: - Problem-solving skills and a strong understanding of financial valuation, economic theory, and accounting fundamentals. - Analytical and communication skills. - Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. - Knowledge of analytical software such as Microsoft VBA or Access, and data resource software like Capital IQ, Thomson Reuters, and Bloomberg. - Ability to apply expertise to solve complex problems in a logical manner.
