Job Description

York Recruitment is looking for GRADER OPERATORS to join our team
Roles and Responsibility

Operate graders to cut, shape, and finish metal and plastic parts with high precision and accuracy.
Read and interpret blueprints and engineering drawings to ensure correct cutting and finishing.
Collaborate with other team members to achieve production goals and meet deadlines.
Maintain a safe and clean working environment by following safety protocols and procedures.
Troubleshoot issues with graders and report any problems to supervisors.
Perform routine maintenance tasks on graders to ensure optimal performance.

Job Requirements

Proficient in operating graders with a minimum of years of experience.
Strong understanding of construction principles and practices.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with quality control measures and attention to detail.
Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for long periods.
