GPON SW Expert

Role Overview: You will be working in Applied R&D (AR) focusing on target-oriented research to solve specific problems or for the design, development, and implementation of hardware, software, and systems. Your role will involve providing techno-economic consulting to clients and incrementally improving products, operational processes, and customer-specific feature development. Key Responsibilities: - Work effectively in a mixed environment, utilizing best practices and business knowledge to enhance products or services. - Analyze, design, develop, and test products for integrated hardware/software systems based on customer requirements. - Lead projects with manageable risks and resource requirements, including day-to-day staff management. - Manage Subcontracting/Partnership Manager and resolve customer trouble tickets. - Develop software/hardware build-controlled production releases and define product evolutions through documentation and change management. - Retain technical knowledge for assigned products, provide training to support teams, and maintain quality standards. - Apply the SW Care process for emergency case handling and contribute to problem restoration. Qualifications Required: - 4-6 years of relevant experience or a graduate equivalent degree. - Advanced skills and knowledge in a specific professional discipline. - Experience in management and integration of theory with organizational practices. - Strong analytical skills to solve complex problems and take a new perspective. - Ability to communicate effectively with functional leadership and negotiate operational issues. - Demonstrated initiative, adaptability, and willingness to take on new roles or jobs.
