GPON Device Trouble shooting Engineers

Role Overview: As a GPON Device Troubleshooting Engineer, you will be responsible for troubleshooting GPON devices and ensuring the smooth operation of next-generation technologies. You will work in a dynamic virtual team environment and utilize your expertise in programming languages and methodologies to resolve technical issues efficiently. Key Responsibilities: - Troubleshoot GPON devices and resolve technical issues effectively - Utilize programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, and JAVA for troubleshooting tasks - Apply your knowledge of Linux environments to optimize device performance - Implement CI/CD, Agile, and SCRUM methodologies for efficient troubleshooting processes - Utilize next-generation technologies like Netconf/Yang and database management skills for troubleshooting tasks - Demonstrate hands-on expertise in Cloud Technologies such as AWS, GKE, RedHat, Azure, and Rancher - Utilize in-depth knowledge of Kubernetes and Docker/containerd for architecture-level understanding - Work with open-source components like Keycloak, Index Search, RabbitMQ, and Kafka for troubleshooting activities - Utilize MQTT/USP exposure for effective troubleshooting of GPON devices - Apply problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and resolve technical issues promptly - Collaborate with global teams and work on projects based on customer time zones Qualifications Required: - 3-15 years of relevant industry experience - Proficiency in programming languages like Python, JavaScript, and JAVA - Strong knowledge of Linux environments - Experience with CI/CD, Agile, and SCRUM methodologies - Familiarity with next-generation technologies like Netconf/Yang - Database management skills - GPON domain knowledge - Hands-on expertise in Cloud Technologies like AWS, GKE, RedHat, Azure, and Rancher - Good understanding of Kubernetes and Docker/containerd - Exposure to open-source components like Keycloak, Index Search, RabbitMQ, and Kafka - Troubleshooting skills and problem-solving abilities - Proficiency in MS Office - Excellent spoken and written English skills - Team-player attitude and ability to work effectively in a global team environment Note: Knowledge of NOKIA FN products such as SDAN and Home wifi is an added advantage.
