GPM - International Marketing - Emerging Markets

You will be responsible for managing cardio-diabetes brands across Emerging markets as a Group Product Manager - International Business reporting to the Marketing Manager at the HO in Govandi, Mumbai. Your role will involve the following key responsibilities: - Participate in the formulation of marketing strategy and brand plan - Develop promotional activities for the assigned portfolio in both existing and new markets - Prepare an annual therapy plan and identify new business opportunities including new products, SKUs, and new market entry strategies - Support in the effective implementation of strategies by ensuring timely procurement and delivery of inputs, as well as training MRs and checking understanding of strategies - Conceptualize and oversee digital campaigns conducted by external ad agencies You will also be responsible for stakeholder engagement by maintaining rapport with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), coordinating with managers for timely completion of activities/campaigns, attending meetings/conferences/CMEs to build relationships, and collaborating with cross-functional teams for new product development. In terms of self-development, you will identify areas for improvement with the help of your reporting manager and work on an agreed action plan for continuous growth. Qualifications and experience required for this role include: - Pharmacy graduate with an MBA in marketing or international trade/business - Minimum of 8 to 10 years of experience with the last 2-4 years in international marketing - Exposure to East African countries will be advantageous.,
