Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Government & Institutional Sales Executive (Area Manager) based in Agra. Some work-from-home flexibility is provided. The primary responsibilities include building and maintaining relationships with government bodies and institutions, driving sales, identifying new opportunities within the public sector, and developing strategies to meet sales targets. The Area Manager will also engage in communication with key stakeholders and analyze market trends to promote Ceasefire's solutions effectively.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Government Relations and Local Government operations
• Strong Communication and interpersonal skills to engage with stakeholders effectively
• Analytical Skills to assess market trends and strategize accordingly
• Knowledge of Public Sector dynamics and experience in institutional sales
• Proven ability to meet sales targets and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
• Experience in fire and safety or related industries is an added advantage
