About the Role

We are seeking a talented and results-driven Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads Specialist to manage and optimize our paid advertising campaigns across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of digital marketing strategies, analytics, and performance optimization to deliver maximum ROI and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), and LinkedIn Ads campaigns.
• Conduct detailed keyword research and develop ad strategies to enhance campaign performance.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign metrics using Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
• Optimize ad creatives, bidding strategies, and landing pages to improve conversion rates.
• Perform A/B testing for ad copy, targeting, and placements to boost campaign effectiveness.
• Manage and allocate budgets efficiently, ensuring cost-effective ad spending.
• Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as CTR, CPC, ROAS, and Conversion Rate.
• Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in PPC advertising and digital marketing.
• Prepare and present weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.

Requirements

• Experience: 2–3 years of hands-on experience in managing PPC campaigns.
• Platform Expertise: Proven skills in Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
• Analytical Tools: Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Facebook Pixel.
• SEO & SEM Knowledge: Strong understanding of keyword research, audience segmentation, and campaign optimization.
• Technical Skills: Experience with UTM tracking, conversion tracking, and remarketing strategies.
• Communication: Excellent analytical and reporting skills with attention to detail.
