As a Performance Marketing Specialist, your role will involve managing and optimizing Google Ads and Facebook Ads campaigns. You should be data-driven and creative, with hands-on experience in paid media strategies, thriving in a fast-paced, results-driven environment. Key Responsibilities: - Plan, create, and execute paid ad campaigns on Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) and Facebook Ads (Meta Business Suite, IG) - Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, A/B testing, and conversion optimization - Monitor campaign performance daily and make real-time adjustments to improve ROI - Analyze and report on key metrics (CPA, ROAS, CTR, CPM, Conversion Rate, etc.) - Collaborate with design and content teams to develop high-performing ad creatives - Stay up-to-date with platform updates, algorithm changes, and best practices - Manage and allocate budgets effectively across platforms Qualifications: - 2+ years of experience in running and optimizing paid media campaigns on Google and Facebook - Strong understanding of performance marketing, conversion funnels, and attribution - Proficient in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics (GA4), and Tag Manager - Experience with tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, Hotjar, or similar is a plus - Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail - Certification in Google Ads and/or Meta Blueprint is a plus Nice to Have: - Experience with retargeting, lookalike audiences, and custom conversions - Familiarity with landing page optimization (e.g., Unbounce, Webflow) - Knowledge of e-commerce or lead-gen marketing,
