Google Ads Specialist

You will be joining a dynamic team managing a portfolio of growing B2C and B2B brands in a fast-scaling environment. Your responsibilities will include: - Deeply understanding our products and defining the target audience and value proposition. - Conducting a comprehensive analysis of competitors and their advertising strategies, including keywords, messaging, and funnels. - Developing customer personas and testing targeting hypotheses before launching campaigns. - Setting up and optimizing Google Search, Display, Shopping, and YouTube ads. - Monitoring campaign performance, making iterative improvements, and providing clear insights to the team. The ideal candidate will possess: - 3-4 years of hands-on experience with Google Ads, preferably in D2C/eCommerce. - A solid grasp of marketing funnels, user psychology, and search intent. - Demonstrated strategic thinking abilities beyond mere campaign execution. - Proficiency with keyword research tools, Google Analytics, and landing page conversion rate optimization. - A curious and proactive approach, driven by a strong focus on achieving results.
