JD For google ads , SEM executive · Plan, create, and manage Google Ads campaigns across on Search · Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience segmentation. · Write compelling ad copies and collaborate with the design team for high-impact creatives. · Optimize campaigns for conversions, ROAS, CTR, and Quality Score. · Monitor performance using Google Ads, Google Analytics, and other tools. · Execute A/B tests on ad copies, landing pages, and bidding strategies. · Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights. · Stay updated with the latest trends, features, and policy changes in Google Ads. Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month Benefits: Food provided Health insurance Schedule: Rotational shift Work Location: In person
