Job Overview:

We are looking for a confident and results-driven Google Ads Sales Executive to pitch, sell, and close digital advertising services to businesses. The ideal candidate will be skilled at identifying client needs, presenting solutions, and building lasting relationships — all centered around the value of Google Ads.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and approach potential clients across industries.
• Pitch Google Ads services tailored to the client's business goals.
• Conduct sales meetings, presentations, and follow-up communications.
• Generate proposals and coordinate with internal teams for onboarding.
• Manage lead pipeline and ensure timely follow-ups.
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Stay up to date with trends and updates in the Google Ads ecosystem.

Requirements:

• 1–2 years of experience in digital marketing or ad sales, preferably Google Ads.
• Strong communication and persuasion skills.
• Understanding of how Google Ads works (Search, Display, YouTube, etc.).
• Ability to identify client pain points and propose ROI-driven ad solutions.
• Comfortable working with CRM tools and tracking sales performance.
• A self-motivated and target-oriented mindset.
