Google Ads Manager

About the Role-

You'll own the performance of Google Ads across multiple D2C brands. From cold campaigns to retargeting if it runs on Google, you’re driving it. Your job is simple: bring in revenue, profitably.

We don’t care about big words. Just results. You’ll be the person who knows why ROAS dropped yesterday — and what we’re doing about it today.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Plan, launch, manage, and scale Google Ads campaigns for multiple e-commerce brands
  
• Run Search, Shopping, Performance Max, Display, and YouTube campaigns — depending on brand needs
  
• Constantly monitor performance — you're the first to know when something breaks or spikes
  
• Write/adapt copy, work with our creative team to get assets, and test them fast
  
• Collaborate with media buyers on Meta to ensure full-funnel harmony
  
• Run experiments, optimize budgets, kill losers, scale winners
  
• Manage conversion tracking, pixel setups, attribution logic (we use GA4 and first-party data too)
  

What We’re Looking For

• 2–4 years of

  hardcore performance marketing

  experience, ideally for D2C brands in India
• Deep understanding of Google Ads Manager.
  
• Know how to optimize campaigns for scale, not just low CPCs
  
• You can read a product page and know what keywords to go after
  
• Analytical mindset — you know your CAC, MER, ROAS, LTV like the back of your hand
  
• Bonus: experience running YouTube or remarketing-focused funnels
  
• Bonus: if you’ve scaled any D2C brand past 10L/month with Google Ads, we want to talk
