Gold Loan Sales officer

As a dynamic and customer-focused professional joining our NBFC Branch Sales Team in the Gold Loan division, you will have an excellent opportunity to grow in the financial services sector. **Responsibilities:** - Achieve monthly Gold Loan sales targets as assigned - Identify potential customers and promote gold loan products - Manage branch walk-ins and convert them into sales - Conduct KYC, loan processing, and documentation - Ensure customer satisfaction and build long-term relations - Cross-sell other financial products (insurance, money transfer, etc.) **Qualifications:** - Graduate or Diploma (3-year experience with NBFC) - Minimum 1 to 5 years of sales experience, preferably in Gold Loan/NBFC/BFSI sector - Must have worked at least 3 years in an NBFC (for diploma holders) - Minimum qualification: Graduate or Diploma (3-year full-time) - Strong communication skills in the local language + basic English - Target-driven and customer-focused - Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, loan software preferred) In addition to the above, the company offers a Fixed Salary + Attractive Incentives as part of the salary & benefits package.
