We are seeking a motivated Gold Loan Sales Officer / Manager to join our team across multiple locations in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales of gold loans, building client relationships, and contributing to the growth of our business.

Responsibilities

Identify and develop new business opportunities for gold loans in assigned territories.
Build and maintain relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions.
Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the gold loan portfolio.
Assist clients in the loan application process and ensure smooth transaction handling.
Prepare and present reports on sales performance and market insights to management.

Skills and Qualifications

1-10 years of experience in sales, in gold loan sector.
Strong understanding of gold loan products and market dynamics.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients.
