Gold loan Executive

As a Gold Loan Executive at Vanchinad Finance Pvt Ltd (VFPL), you will play a crucial role in enhancing customer experience and managing the gold loan process at our Ettumanoor branch. You will be responsible for various tasks related to gold loans, including verifying the purity of gold loan pledged, acting as a joint custodian at the branch, and ensuring customer satisfaction from loan initiation to disbursement. Your primary responsibilities will include marketing gold loans, conducting risk assessments to minimize default risks, and providing accurate gold valuation services to customers. Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers will be essential to foster trust and loyalty, while also contributing to branch performance by meeting sales targets and enhancing customer service experiences. To excel in this role, you should possess skills in Customer Relationship Management, Loan Processing Software, Risk Assessment, Gold Valuation Techniques, Regulatory Compliance, Sales and Cross-Selling, Negotiation, and Financial Analysis.
