Position: Relationship Manager – Gold Loans Department: Business Development Location: Multiple Locations in Hyderabad (Secunderabad, Ameerpet, Kukatpally, Mehdipatnam, LB Nagar, Vansathalipuram, Somajiguda, Uppal, Madhapur, Malakpet, Ramchandrapuram, Chandanagar, Punjagutta, Habsiguda, Malkajgiri, A.S. Rao Nagar, Hitech City, Kothapet, Balapur, Dilsukhnagar) Vacancies: 20 Job Type: Full-Time, On-Roll Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹30,000 per month (based on experience) Eligibility: Graduation with 1–2 years of experience in Gold Appraisal, Valuation, and Checking Key Responsibilities: • Conduct 100% accurate gold valuation – ensuring correct cartage, stone deduction, and prevention of spurious ornaments. • Strictly adhere to ethical practices, KYC compliance, and Rupeek’s policies. • Verify customer KYC documents and complete online registration. • Coordinate with Managers and stakeholders for loan approvals. • Acquire new customers and maintain strong relationships for renewals and referrals. • Address customer queries and provide seamless loan processing support. • Actively participate in business development activities to improve brand visibility and generate leads. Candidate Profile: • Graduate with 1–2 years of experience in Gold Valuation/Appraisal. • Age: Up to 30 years. • Excellent communication skills in the local language (with basic English). • Two-wheeler and valid driving license are mandatory.
