- Promote and disburse gold loans to customers, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct thorough risk assessments and due diligence on potential customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure timely repayment and repeat business.
- Monitor and follow up on loan repayments, addressing any defaults or delinquencies promptly.
- Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor activity, and changes in regulatory requirements.
