Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end design and development of backend systems using Golang.
Architect and implement microservices-based solutions ensuring scalability, security, and performance.
Collaborate with product managers, architects, and cross-functional teams to define technical requirements and project timelines.
Optimize application performance, troubleshoot complex issues, and ensure efficient coding practices.
Guide and mentor junior engineers, perform code reviews, and enforce development standards.
Integrate third-party services, APIs, and data sources into applications.
Work with DevOps teams to deploy and monitor services using Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
Stay updated on emerging technologies, frameworks, and best practices in backend development.
