Role Overview: As a Backend Engineer at AgileEngine, you will be responsible for designing and implementing scalable, high-performance backend services using Golang for blockchain data extraction. You will also develop and optimize data pipelines, ensure low latency data delivery, collaborate with data engineers, and work closely with blockchain engineers to build efficient mechanisms for processing on-chain transaction data. Additionally, you will contribute to infrastructure improvements and engage in technical discussions and code quality assurance. Key Responsibilities: - Design and implement scalable, high-performance backend services using Golang for blockchain data extraction - Develop and optimize data pipelines for extracting on-chain data from multiple blockchain ecosystems - Ensure low latency data delivery through microservices architecture and event-driven systems - Collaborate with data engineers to integrate blockchain data pipelines into existing data infrastructure - Build efficient mechanisms for retrieving and processing on-chain transaction data - Develop tools and frameworks for automated data ingestion, validation, and processing - Ensure scalability and reliability of blockchain data collection systems - Work with Solana, Ethereum, and other blockchain networks - Contribute to infrastructure improvements using Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms - Engage in technical discussions, architectural reviews, and code quality assurance - Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and guidance to other engineers Qualifications Required: - 4+ years of experience in backend engineering with a focus on Golang development - Expertise in microservices architecture and event-driven systems - Experience working with blockchain data and mechanisms - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, data-driven environment - Upper-Intermediate English level Additional Details: AgileEngine offers remote work opportunities with periodic meet-ups, ensuring full local compliance in India and competitive compensation in INR.
