Job Description:
Go Developer with over 8 years of experience and strong soft skills

Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable Go code.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
Identify bottlenecks and bugs, and devise solutions to mitigate and address these issues.
Help maintain code quality, organization, and automation.
Mentor junior developers and contribute to team growth and knowledge sharing.
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 3+ years of experience in Go programming with overall 8 years of experience in backend development.
Strong understanding of Go programming language, paradigms, constructs, and idioms.
Experience with Go frameworks and tools such as Beego or similar.
Proficient in database technologies such as SQL, NoSQL, and in-memory databases.
Familiarity with code versioning tools such as Git.
Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think algorithmically.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
Soft Skills:
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
Proactive and self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership.
Adaptable and open to learning new technologies and methodologies.
Excellent time management and organizational skills.
Ability to mentor and guide junior team members.
