Collaboration with cross-functional teams such as frontend developers, DevOps, and product managers will be essential. Implementing secure and efficient coding practices and ensuring clean, maintainable, and well-documented code will also be part of your role. To be successful in this position, you should possess at least 4 years of experience in backend development with Golang. A strong understanding of concurrency, multithreading, and microservices architecture is required. Experience with RESTful APIs, gRPC, and WebSockets is essential, as well as proficiency with SQL/NoSQL databases like PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or Redis. Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms such as AWS/GCP is necessary. Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices, along with experience with message queues like Kafka and RabbitMQ, will be advantageous. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment are also key requirements.
