Backend Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain high-performance backend services using

  Java

  and

  Golang

  .
• Architect and implement scalable, cloud-native solutions on

  AWS

  (preferred),

  GCP

  , or

  Azure

  .
• Work with

  SQL and NoSQL databases

  such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, and MongoDB.
• Build and manage

  Kubernetes-based microservices

  , caching layers, and event-driven systems using

  Kafka

  .
• Implement robust monitoring, logging, and alerting using

  Grafana

  ,

  CloudWatch

  ,

  Kibana

  , and

  PagerDuty

  .
• Participate in

  on-call rotations

  , incident response, and maintain operational runbooks.
• Write clean, well-documented code and contribute to technical documentation and design reviews.
• Follow best practices in software engineering, including algorithms, design principles, and system optimization.
  

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a backend developer with strong coding skills in

  Golang (mandatory)

  and

  Java

  .
• Exposure to

  JavaScript

  is a plus.
• Hands-on experience with

  cloud platforms

  , preferably AWS.
• Solid understanding of

  data structures

  , algorithms, and software architecture.
• Experience with

  containerization

  and

  Kubernetes

  .
• Familiarity with

  caching mechanisms

  and

  event-driven architectures

  .
• Ability to thrive in a

  globally distributed

  and fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills and a focus on clear

  technical documentation
