Goalkeeping Coach for AIFF FIFA Academy

As an experienced Team Goalkeeper Coach at AIFF Academy, your role will involve managing the FIFA(TID) AIFF Academy by assisting in team training programs and overseeing the teams training/match activities. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement a comprehensive goalkeeping training program covering technical, tactical, physical, and mental aspects - Evaluate goalkeeper performance during training and matches, providing regular feedback for skill enhancement - Collaborate with Head Coach and coaching staff to formulate game plans and strategies to optimize goalkeeper and team performance - Monitor the physical and mental well-being of goalkeepers, designing recovery programs for peak performance maintenance - Scout and analyze opposition goalkeepers, devising strategies to counter strengths and exploit weaknesses - Cultivate a positive team culture and environment that fosters growth and development for goalkeepers - Attend all team meetings, training sessions, and matches as necessary, ensuring effective communication with players, coaching staff, and management Qualifications & Experience: - AFC Goalkeeping Level 2 certification is a must - Minimum 5 years of experience coaching goalkeepers at a professional level - Strong communication and leadership skills - Excellent understanding of technical and tactical aspects of the goalkeeping position - Ability to perform under pressure and adapt to changing circumstances - Passion for football and willingness to travel and work flexible hours as per team requirements Please note that only shortlisted candidates will be contacted for a face-to-face interview, the details of which will be communicated via email.
