Qualifications for Mobility Solutions and Consulting Role Your Experience Counts: Education: MBA from a Tier 1 or Tier 2 business school, or extensive industry experience in mobility services or consulting . Professional Experience: 8+ years of progressive experience in mobility solutions , fleet electrification , and Mobility as a Service (MaaS) integration. Strong background in smart infrastructure , autonomous mobility , and on-demand services . Experience in strategy and business/technology consulting roles, with expertise in process improvement , cost optimization , customer analytics , and experience management . Proven track record in value architecting , business case preparation , and value realization . Experience with Digital Transformation , New IT , Cloud & Core Modernization , including Cloud transformation processes , legacy-to-cloud migration , Agile transformation , RPA (Robotic Process Automation) , and AI/ML strategy implementation and use cases. Certifications: Certifications in Project Management (e.g., PMP , Prince2 ) and Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) are highly advantageous. Technical and Analytical Skills: Experience in large data analysis , data-driven consulting , Business Intelligence (BI) , and analytics . Familiarity with reporting , dashboarding , and visualization tools like PowerBI , Tableau . Leadership & Management: Experience in team management , with a focus on coaching and mentoring team members in projects, asset development, business development, and overall professional development. Knowledge of Design Thinking & Innovation: Knowledge of design thinking workshops and innovation strategies to drive creative problem-solving and solution development.
