Job Description

You will be joining the Strategy consulting team at Accenture to work in the Comms & Media industry. Your role will involve collaborating with exceptional individuals, utilizing the latest technology, and partnering with top companies across various sectors. Key Responsibilities: - Supporting or leading delivery in small to medium-size teams for management consulting projects for global clients. - Supporting or leading innovation transformation programs and process enablement for clients. - Developing assets, point-of-view (POV), or white papers for team and community use. - Supporting or leading proposals and business development for global clients as an expert in a specific domain area. - Engaging independently with stakeholders and executing a transformational change plan aligned with clients' business strategy. - Facilitating workshops, interviews, and requirements gathering sessions to elicit, prioritize, and validate business needs and objectives. - Working closely with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications. Qualifications Required: - Good experience leading go-to-market initiatives and generating opportunities through market prospecting and compelling sales presentations. - Proven experience in business analysis leveraging requirement gathering techniques for OSS applications/capabilities. - Ability to ensure and plan delivery timelines by identifying essential capabilities and resources. - Experience in designing and documenting business processes and functional requirements for OSS feature enhancements/modernization. - Well-versed with Agile methodologies and tools like Confluence and Jira. - Experience in delivering consulting projects related to Digital transformation, Operating Model Design, Business Process Re-engineering, etc. - Understanding of Network Operation Analytics, OSS tools ecosystem, and AI-based Service Assurance use cases.
