As a Global Managed Service Identity and Access Management Staff at EY, you will play a crucial role in deploying and supporting the Saviynt Identity Governance solution to meet customer requirements. Your responsibilities will include extending the SAVIYNT Object Model, resolving technical issues through debugging and research, and providing Level 2 support for the system within agreed service levels. You will also be involved in designing and creating Attestation and Certification Campaigns, developing user onboarding workflows, and performing Root Cause Analysis to suggest solutions. Your role will require monitoring IAM platform components, working on incident support, tool upgrades, and system monitoring, as well as collaborating with Development and QA teams to fix issues efficiently. Key Responsibilities: - Deploy Saviynt Identity Governance solution to meet customer requirements - Extend the SAVIYNT Object Model and experience in Lifecycle Events (JML processes) - Resolve technical issues through debugging, research, and investigation - Design and create Attestation and Certification Campaigns - Develop and maintain user onboarding workflows and role provisioning - Perform Root Cause Analysis and suggest solutions to avoid errors - Monitor IAM platform components & resource and provide IAM support to end users - Work on incident support, tool upgrades, system monitoring, and collaborate with Development and QA teams - Good team player to work in a competitive environment - Strong background in Application Onboarding Resources - Perform systems analysis and tuning for optimal infrastructure response - Experience in writing custom java code and working with different connectors like JDBC, Web-service connector, SCIM2.0 connector - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment - Ability to work independently, adapt quickly, and maintain a positive attitude Qualifications: - Education: Bachelor's Degree required Work Requirements: - Willingness to travel as required - Willingness to be on call support engineer and work occasional overtime as required - Willingness to work in shifts as required Join EY in building a better working world, where diverse teams in over 150 countries provide trust through assurance and help clients grow, transform, and operate.
