As a Female Senior Management Executive at DocMaster, you will play a crucial role in assisting the founder in designing, implementing, and controlling deliveries across various segments of the setup. Your innovative mindset, along with excellent verbal and written communication skills, will be essential in adapting to changes in the environment. - Plan, develop, and implement operational policies aligned with short-term and long-term strategic plans for different verticals. - Monitor company performance and ensure alignment with objectives. - Develop high-quality business strategies and plans to achieve desired results and consistent with the overall strategy. - Analyze problematic situations and provide solutions for company survival and growth. - Make decisions following SOPs, policies, and strategies. - Act as the primary spokesperson for the company and establish alliances and partnerships with other organizations. - MBA or equivalent qualification. - Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar capacity. - Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills. - Leadership skills to manage time effectively, handle conflicts, and delegate responsibilities. - Entrepreneurial mindset with exceptional organizational and leadership skills. - Willingness to travel across India for meetings and presentations. This is a full-time position with a day shift schedule, requiring in-person work at the designated location.,
