Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a General Manager (GM) - Project in Construction Real Estate Highrise at Samdariya Builders Private Limited in Jabalpur. The GM will oversee the planning, execution, and completion of highrise construction projects while ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Responsibilities include coordinating with cross-functional teams, managing site operations, supervising project managers, and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards. The GM will also engage in liaising with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to achieve project objectives and address potential challenges effectively.

Qualifications

• Strong project management, team leadership, and decision-making skills
• Experience in highrise building construction, real estate development, and related project execution
• Knowledge of relevant building codes, regulations, and safety standards
• Proficiency in project planning tools, cost estimation, and budgeting
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and client management skills
• Attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and organizational skills
• Minimum Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
• 15+ years of relevant experience in construction project management, preferably highrise projects
