GM - Plant Operations ( Building Material- AAC Block )

Responsibilities include:

• Overseeing all aspects of plant operations to ensure smooth and efficient production
• Developing and implementing strategies to optimize production processes and improve efficiency
• Monitoring production schedules to meet customer demands and company goals
• Ensuring that all equipment and machinery are well-maintained and operate efficiently
• Developing and managing preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime
• Coordinating repairs and maintenance activities with minimal disruption to production
• Enforcing strict adherence to safety protocols and regulations
• Conducting regular safety inspections and risk assessments
• Ensuring all the factory compliances
• Leading, mentoring, and developing the operations and maintenance team
• Fostering a positive and collaborative work environment
• Managing the plants operational budget and controlling costs
• Identifying cost-saving opportunities and implementing measures to reduce expenses
• Ensure products meet quality standards, promptly resolve issues, and minimize rejections
• Implementing quality control procedures and continuous improvement initiatives
• Developing and implementing long-term strategies for plant growth and improvement
• Identifying opportunities for innovation and operational excellence
• Maintaining effective communication with internal and external stakeholders
• Providing regular updates on plant performance and key initiatives
• Leadership and manpower grievance resolution
• Manage plant administration areas
