Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic General Manager – Operations to lead and streamline our real estate operations. The ideal candidate will oversee day-to-day project execution, sales coordination, customer service, vendor management, and cross-functional team alignment. This role is crucial in driving operational efficiency, enhancing client satisfaction, and contributing to the company’s growth in a fast-evolving real estate market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee end-to-end real estate operations – sales, site execution, and after-sales service
• Coordinate with project, legal, CRM, and marketing teams for seamless execution
• Monitor construction progress, resolve on-site issues, and ensure timely delivery
• Develop and implement SOPs for operational excellence and compliance
• Manage vendor relationships, procurement, and cost control
• Lead a cross-functional team and ensure alignment with business goals
• Drive customer satisfaction through timely updates, quality assurance, and responsiveness
• Ensure adherence to RERA and other regulatory frameworks

Requirements:

• Proven track record in real estate or infrastructure operations
• Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and teams simultaneously
• Knowledge of legal, compliance, and regulatory aspects of real estate

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹55,297.93 - ₹103,264.74 per month

Schedule:

• Day shift

Supplemental Pay:

• Performance bonus
• Yearly bonus

Experience:

• REAL ESTATE OPRATION: 10 years (Preferred)
