GM - Fleet Marketing

Job Description: As a General Manager - Fleet Marketing at Sri Venkatramana Transports & Logistics (SVTL), your role will involve overseeing fleet operations, ensuring compliance with DOT regulations, managing fleet and operations, and analyzing fleet performance data. You will be based in Coimbatore and will collaborate with different departments to develop marketing strategies for efficient fleet management operations. Key Responsibilities: - Have knowledge of fleet hiring, route scheduling, and vendor management - Demonstrate experience in vehicle utilization, negotiations, and statutory compliance - Establish and maintain a strong network of lorry and trailer brokers/agents to ensure continuous fleet availability - Supervise fleet movement, track vehicles, and ensure timely delivery of consignments - Manage end-to-end procurement and hiring of vehicles from the market - Develop fleet utilization strategies, including route optimization and vehicle allocation Qualification Required: - Bachelor's degree in any field - Mandatory experience in the transportation industry,
