Position Summary: The General Manager - Finance & Commercial is responsible for managing all financial and commercial operations to ensure the company's financial health, regulatory compliance, and efficient commercial activities. This role includes overseeing regular accounting functions such as preparing consolidated financial statements, managing banking and treasury operations, handling direct and indirect taxes, MIS, legal matters, contracts, and ensuring statutory compliance.
