GM – Commercial (Sales & Leasing)

Role Overview

We are hiring an experienced GM – Commercial to lead commercial sales & leasing operations for our ongoing commercial projects (NRC IT Park, NRC Business Park & Dream Corporate).

Key Responsibilities

Lead commercial sales & leasing operations and achieve revenue targets

Develop strategies to increase occupancy and minimize vacancies

Manage sales cycle, negotiations & client relationships

Monitor market trends, competitor activities & pricing

Lead and mentor the sales & leasing team

Ensure financial performance, compliance & documentation

Required Experience & Skills

10–15 years of experience in Commercial Real Estate

Strong network and market knowledge in Indore

Leadership, negotiation and communication skills

Proven track record in commercial sales/leasing

Salary

Up to ₹1,00,000 per month (based on experience)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
