GM - Cement Operations

As a Mining Industry professional with 11-13 years of experience, you will be responsible for coordinating with teams to ensure quality, quantity, and cost control in limestone dispatch and operations. Your role will involve guiding land procurement, resolving encroachment issues, and implementing cost-effective short- and long-term development plans for mine development. You will oversee pit design and production planning to meet plant requirements, ensuring statutory compliance with relevant authorities, and implementing safety and environmental plans. Enforcing safety, health, and environmental standards will be a key aspect of your responsibilities, along with driving IMS and system adoption to enhance productivity and safety. People development will also be a crucial part of your role, as you will be required to develop and manage the team for optimal performance and growth. To excel in this position, you should have a background in the mining industry, specifically in Limestone, and possess a BE/BTech in Mining along with a First Class Manager Certificate. This role will report to the Function Head Mining and you will be leading a team of SHs from the department. The location details will be confirmed at a later stage of the selection process.,
