Globalscape EFT L3 Administrator

Role Description

As a Globalscape EFT L3 Administrator, you will be responsible for the administration, support, and optimization of Globalscape Enhanced File Transfer (EFT) solutions at an enterprise level. Key responsibilities include monitoring system performance, troubleshooting technical issues, performing upgrades, configuring workflows, and ensuring security protocols. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to address escalated issues and implement best practices for effective file transfer operations. This is a full-time hybrid role based in India with the flexibility to work from home partially.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in managing Globalscape Enhanced File Transfer (EFT) solutions, including configuration, workflow automation, and compliance management.
• Strong skills in system administration, upgrades, troubleshooting, and performance monitoring for EFT environments.
• Ensuring optimal performance and operation of EFT environments and servers
• Enhancing job flows, modifying job rules/logics, setting up new jobs internally or externally
• Troubleshooting and implementing resolutions for identified issues
• Experience with secure file transfer protocols such as SFTP, FTPS, HTTPS, and knowledge of encryption standards.
• Familiarity with scripting and automation tools (e.g., PowerShell, Python) for operational efficiency.
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders effectively.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work autonomously in a hybrid work environment.
• Relevant certifications in Globalscape EFT or related technologies are a plus.
