Global Travel Support Specialist

As a Global Travel & Cards Support Specialist in Chennai, your role will involve streamlining processes, enhancing compliance, and providing exceptional service to global colleagues. You will work closely with internal teams and external vendors, managing workflows, resolving inquiries, and ensuring smooth operations across travel and card platforms. Key Responsibilities: - Respond to travel and card policy inquiries via email and Slack - Confirm completion of required training - Initiate applications - Address fraud reports and lost card issues - Track cancellations and monitor cards with no spend - Run risk reports and trend analyses - Support travelers through the Navan platform - Update policies and processes - Assist with guest and group travel requests - Troubleshoot platform issues Qualifications Required: - 2-3 years of experience in corporate travel and card operations or similar service support roles - Familiarity with travel tools (e.g., Navan, TripBam) and card tools (e.g., Amex@Work, JPMorgan) - Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets and Excel - Strong collaboration skills with excellent written and verbal communication - Service-first mindset with a passion for problem-solving and improving user experience - Comfortable working across time zones with global teams - Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with stakeholders at all levels In addition to the role responsibilities and qualifications, the position offers a shift time from 10 PM to 7 AM, and a 2-way cab facility will be provided for your convenience.
