Global Product Support Engineer

Role Overview: Orbit & Skyline India Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a highly skilled "Global Product Support Engineer" to join their team. As a Global Product Support Engineer, you will be responsible for performing analytical troubleshooting, collaborating with internal teams to resolve field issues, acting as a technical resource for field engineers and technicians, assisting with complex field modifications, participating in new developments, and developing new procedures as required. Key Responsibilities: - Perform analytical troubleshooting to diagnose and resolve technical problems at a component level, minimizing equipment downtime - Collaborate with internal teams to resolve field issues reported from customer sites - Act as a crucial technical resource for field engineers and technicians, providing support for complex equipment and software issues - Assist with complex field modifications and updates based on engineering change notifications - Participate in the new developments, own beta site test plans and reporting - Develop new procedures, Customer Engineering Notices, Internal Service Bulletins (ISBs), and troubleshooting guides as required Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's or master's degree in system engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields - Minimum of 5 years of engineering experience in the semiconductor domain - In-depth knowledge of semiconductor equipment, including electro-mechanical systems and software - Strong analytical and diagnostic skills to isolate and resolve complex technical problems - Effective communication skills to interact with customers and cross-functional teams Additional Company Details: Orbit & Skyline is an amalgamation of enthusiastic and experienced individuals working on a remarkable concept in the semiconductor industry.
