Global Mobility Payroll Specialist, CSS HR

As a Senior Associate at Hitachi India Private Limited (CSS HR) in Bengaluru, Karnataka, you will be part of a global team dedicated to supporting the development of society and improving people's lives. Your responsibilities will include supporting the development and implementation of Total Rewards (mobility) strategy, programs, and policies. You will be involved in researching and proposing updates to the mobility program, managing annual salary and allowances revision process for expatriates, and tracking expatriate allowance forms. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing year-end activities related to assignee income data collection and validation, as well as creating assignee profiles on My Mobility platform. Furthermore, you will ensure that certificate of coverages are applied and submitted to the respective authorities in a timely manner, while also managing day-to-day relationships with mobility partners to resolve support and service issues. Your role will require excellent communication skills, a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, vendor management expertise, experience in writing SOPs and creating process maps, and knowledge of Assignment Pro.
