Global Medical Maintenance Expert

As a Global Medical Maintenance Expert at Opella, you will play a crucial role in contributing to the design and implementation of lifecycle management activities for the assigned global non-core CHC portfolio. You will collaborate closely with the global medical affairs team to ensure quality and timely medical contributions for key strategic submissions. Your responsibilities will include conducting rigorous analysis of medical/scientific data, presenting clinically driven topics for the assigned portfolio, monitoring medical news, facilitating internal medical trainings, and ensuring compliance with internal policies and procedures. Additionally, you will proactively identify potential medical risks and propose viable solutions while maintaining ethics, transparency, and quality in all medical activities. **Key Responsibilities:** - Collaborate closely with the global medical affairs team for key strategic submissions - Create medical documents for Health Authorities and other national authorities - Analyze medical/scientific data and participate in their publication & submission - Present clinically driven topics for the assigned non-core CHC portfolio - Monitor medical news and publications, sharing key learnings with the team - Facilitate internal medical trainings on CHC-relevant therapeutic areas - Review and approve promotional and non-promotional communication materials - Provide scientific monitoring oversight activities of medical vendors - Identify and communicate potential medical risks to higher management - Ensure ethics, transparency, quality, and compliance of all medical activities **Qualifications Required:** - Medical or Pharmacy Degree; Scientific/health related degree (PhD, Phar.D.) with good experience - 3-4 years of relevant work experience in Pharmaceutical Industry and/or Consumer Healthcare - Experience in technical writing for healthcare authority submissions and/or scientific publications is desirable **About Opella:** Opella is the self-care challenger with a vast portfolio in the Over-The-Counter (OTC) & Vitamins, Minerals & Supplements (VMS) market globally.
