Global Installer Enablement & Deployment Lead

Role Overview: You will be the Global Installer Enablement & Deployment Lead at Carbon Pesa, responsible for defining and implementing standardized processes for the installation, maintenance, and performance verification of the C:Pesa Box worldwide. Your role will involve leading the deployment and adoption of the C:Pesa Installer App, ensuring that third-party technicians are trained and certified to deploy systems in alignment with DIGIREC issuance standards. This role requires a blend of field operations, customer success, and product feedback to ensure every installation becomes a tradable digital asset. Key Responsibilities: - Recruit, onboard, and certify a distributed network of solar and electrical technicians across Africa, Asia, and LATAM. - Build and manage the global installer database using the Installer App for performance tracking. - Define and enforce minimum technical standards for installation quality and data integrity. - Coordinate logistics for hardware deployment, device provisioning, and commissioning workflows. - Lead the rollout, training, and support of the C:Pesa Installer App. - Refine app features based on installer feedback and collaborate with Product and Engineering teams. - Develop multilingual training content to accelerate self-onboarding and ensure compliance. - Create global documentation for device activation, commissioning, and troubleshooting. - Serve as Tier 2 escalation point for installation-related issues during soft launch. - Design knowledge base materials for end-user onboarding and post-installation queries. - Work with country operations managers to streamline local deployment and support workflows. - Design and implement a scalable Train-the-Trainer model for regional capacity building. - Represent Carbon Pesa in technical working groups related to I-REC issuance and standardization. - Ensure data collected by field installations aligns with DIGIREC MRV requirements. Qualification Required: - Deep technical knowledge of device connectivity protocols such as GSM, NB-IoT, LoRaWAN, and Wi-Fi. - 7-10 years of experience in technical field operations, preferably in solar, IoT, or telecom deployment. - Experience in building and managing third-party installer networks. - Familiarity with REC frameworks like I-RECs and MRV principles. - Experience deploying mobile apps to semi-skilled technician networks. - Hands-on knowledge of solar PV installations and system diagnostics. - Strong project management, communication, and training design skills. - Willingness to travel across Africa, Asia, and Latin America. - Fluency in English required; knowledge of French, Portuguese, Afrikaans, or Swahili is a plus.,
