In this role, you will be instrumental in contributing to the global HR digitalization strategy by aligning processes with the One System per Process principle, ensuring scalable, compliant, and growth-oriented system design. Your responsibilities will include troubleshooting, resolving, and preventing system issues through effective root cause analysis to maintain business continuity and a high-quality user experience. You will play a key role in project participation and solution delivery, providing end-to-end support from requirements to deployment and post-go-live activities. Collaboration with HR and IT teams will be essential to ensure global design adherence and local adaptation. Additionally, you will be responsible for functional configuration and documentation, including maintaining accurate documentation and assisting in release testing and implementation of new features. As part of your role, you will focus on process and data quality assurance, guiding local HR teams on data standards and integrity, analyzing reports, identifying gaps, and supporting data corrections. You will also support global test and change management processes, ensuring smooth operations. Your role will involve collaboration and stakeholder support, acting as a liaison between global/local HR, IT, and vendors. You will be responsible for translating business needs into practical system solutions and participating in global initiatives and working groups to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
