Global HR Process & Systems Expert

As a valued member of the Busch team, you will play a crucial role in contributing to the global HR digitalization strategy by aligning processes with the One System per Process principle. Your expertise will be essential in supporting scalable, compliant, and growth-oriented system design to ensure operational efficiency. Your responsibilities will include troubleshooting, resolving, and preventing system issues through effective root cause analysis, thereby ensuring business continuity and a high-quality user experience. You will actively participate in projects by providing end-to-end support, from requirements gathering to testing, deployment, and post-go-live activities, while ensuring global design adherence and local adaptation in collaboration with HR and IT teams. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate documentation, including configuration details, test scripts, and manuals, as well as assisting in release testing and implementation of new features. Your role will also involve guiding local HR teams on data standards and integrity, analyzing reports to identify gaps, supporting data corrections, and participating in global test and change management processes. Acting as a liaison between global/local HR, IT, and vendors, you will translate business needs into practical system solutions and actively participate in global initiatives and working groups to drive collaboration and stakeholder support.
