Sounds interestingIn this exciting role you will report to the Creative Fragrance Director and/or Senior Creative Fragrance Manager, Fabric Care and will play a key role in: Define and implement a strategy to protect, grow, and future-proof the business for a key global account Identifying and prioritising the key opportunities and risks to the business and then delivering executable plans to address these Maintain & Build strong relationships with key stakeholders at your customer and position Givaudan as the go-to part-ner of choice Clearly communicate the key technology needs of the customer to ensure that the Givaudan S&T function has a clear set of prioritised objectives within a realistic timeframe Lead, coach, inspire and motivate both the direct and indirect reports in the global commercial, development and support teams Ensure that internal resources are effectively focused via clear and consistent communication of the category needs to the Givaudan development teams Negotiate strong commercial deals to enable Givaudan to grow market share within the category Develop/review/monitor strategic Account and Category Plans, sales forecasts, and budget for key accounts Follow KPIs versus targets (Sales, Gross Profit, win rate) and take corrective actions if necessary You Are you someone who wants to grow and shape your own worldWho needs a new challenge and bring excellent contribution to the companyThen come and join us and impact your world Your professional profile includes: Graduate or higher degree with a high level of agility Strong FMCG business knowledge, with ideally 8-10 years of experience in the fragrance industry and at least 5 years of sales experience A development experience would be a plus Verbal and written command of English Competence in olfactive skills and fluency in fragrance language Ability to energise and lead a cross-functional team around a project Ability to build and maintain trust-based relationships with customers, decision-makers and influencers, understanding and communicating customer requirements Competent negotiation skills Competence in developing and delivering compelling presentations Consistent track record of new wins, business growth and ability to identify and create new business opportunities Business Fundamentals, understanding of brands, market & consumer dynamics Knowledge of CMR testing protocols and procedures Understands operations and logistics About you: Highly proactive this is a must have Manage cross functional teams remotely Strong communication skills Manage ambiguity and be comfortable with complexity Have a growth mindset & innovative thinking Ability to build and maintain trust-based relationships Courage At Givaudan, you contribute to delightful taste and scent experiences that touch peoples lives You work within an inspiring teamwork culture where you can thrive, collaborate and learn from other talented and passionate people across disciplines, regions and divisions Every essence of you enriches our world Diversity drives innovation and creates closer connections with our employees, customers and partners Givaudan embraces diversity and is committed to building an inclusive environment where everyone impacts our world
