Global FIS Application Owner IT Business Analyst

Role Overview: Galderma is seeking a Global FIS Application Owner IT Business Analyst to join their team in Krakow, Poland / Mumbai, India. As the emerging pure-play dermatology category leader, Galderma is present in approximately 90 countries, delivering an innovative, science-based portfolio of premium flagship brands and services in the dermatology market. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with global Finance and Treasury stakeholders to shape the platform roadmap and translate requirements into actionable technical plans. - Lead risk assessments, gap analyses, and solution evaluations for new markets, functionalities, or compliance requirements. - Manage platform upgrades, global rollouts, and technical integrations with M3, iScala, Oracle, SWIFT, and banking APIs. - Own vendor relationships, oversee release management, and serve as the primary escalation point for support issues. - Monitor and drive performance improvements through operational KPIs, user feedback, and automation of treasury processes. - Maintain platform documentation, compliance evidence, and ensure audit readiness across regions. Qualifications Required: - Demonstrated experience managing global SaaS applications and multi-country rollouts in the finance/treasury space. - Success working in matrix organizations with complex stakeholder environments. - Integrity - Level 1 Certification required.
