Global Ecommerce Head - Performance Marketing and Branding

Key Responsibilities

• Strategy and execution:

  Develop and implement global e-commerce strategies to achieve sales and profit targets, manage budgets, and drive profitable growth across multiple regions and platforms.

• Leadership and management:

  Lead and mentor a global e-commerce team, fostering collaboration across departments like marketing, IT, and logistics.

• Global operations:

  Manage cross-border operations, ensuring seamless logistics, inventory management, and customer service across different markets.

• Digital marketing:

  Oversee global digital marketing initiatives, including SEO, paid search, email marketing, and social media, to drive traffic and conversions.

• Customer experience:

  Optimize the end-to-end customer journey through website improvements, A/B testing, and conversion rate optimization (CRO) to enhance the online shopping experience.

• Performance analysis:

  Monitor, analyze, and report on key e-commerce metrics (e.g., traffic, conversion rates, CAC, AOV, ROAS) to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

• Technology and innovation:

  Stay updated on e-commerce technology, including AI, and ensure effective use of platforms, tools, and integrations (e.g., payment gateways, CRMs).

• Compliance:

  Ensure compliance with international regulations and security requirements.
