Job Description

The Client Solutions Manager (CSM) is a strategic and passionate solution-driver who puts our customers at the core of everything we do. TYou will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact to build and manage key client relationships, be a platform and product expert, and become an expert in media planning, strategy, and measurement for large ecommerce clients in India. The CSM will partner with the client partner to develop industry-specific relationships, drive revenue by proposing and optimizing complex solutions working across cross-functional teams [product, business engineering, measurement team etc] and use data and analytics to build consultative solutions for our customers. Success in this position requires proven consultative sales and analytical skills, a focus on client service, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, team-focused environment delivering against tight deadlines.
Client Solutions Manager - eCommerce, India Responsibilities
  • Build and manage relationships with key ecommerce clients and cross functional partners (product, business engineering, Measurement etc
  • Manage a book of business and drive performance through operational rigor and sales acumen, identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities
  • Analyze sales data, create targeted sales strategies, and develop solutions to support strategic account plans to drive investment growth
  • Design experimentation initiatives, develop experiment tracking, analyze results, and present recommendations
  • Serve as external product consultant, educating clients and their partner agencies on product solutions and best practices
  • Drive proactive media & measurement strategy, implementation, and optimizations to increase performance and investments
  • Collaborate across internal cross-functional teams to project manage complex workstreams
  • Travel as needed
Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelors degree or equivalent practical experience
  • 4+ years of experience in digital marketing, ecommerce, or client management roles
  • Proven understanding of both online and traditional media
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and influencing C-suite executives
  • Proven track record of success in sharp, communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working with large ecommerce clients or platforms in India
  • Demonstrated experience of knowledge of Metas advertising solutions and measurement tools
  • Demonstrated ability to drive revenue growth and optimize complex opportunities
  • Experience in media planning, strategy, and campaign measurement
  • MBA degree
  • Experience analytical and consultative sales skills
