Global Distribution Manager

As a Senior Manager in the Distribution & Sales Administration department within the Industrial Chemicals sector, you will be responsible for leading and overseeing the performance of international distributors. Your role will involve collaborating closely with Sales & Marketing teams and distributors to drive business activities. Timely customer visits, follow-up actions, and generating sales will be key aspects of your responsibilities. Moreover, you will be tasked with handling various documentation such as NDAs, Distributor Agreements, and Supply Agreements. Maintaining distributor compliance obligations, coordinating daily activities with distributors and internal sales teams, and ensuring that sales targets are met will be essential components of your role. Proficiency in SalesForce CRM and a deep understanding of international business operations and exports are required to excel in this position. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in managing international distributors in the industrial chemicals sector.
