Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Lead the development of the Digital Asset Management system (DAM).
Run the adoption of the DAM in GBUs, central functions & countries.
Collaborate with IT, Procurement and GBU marketing representatives to create the fit for purpose DAM for the Adecco Group.
Collaborate with stakeholders to set up the right functionalities, integrations, and contract with the supplier.
Contribute to defining the strategy for the DAM short term & long term.
Responsible for creating the guidelines & checklists for the DAM.
Manage that processes are followed, and GBU, Central Marketing & market guidelines are applied.
Onboard agencies & marketeers to the ways of working in the Adecco Group & specific GBUs.
Accountable for the list of agencies working with the Adecco Group.

Preferred candidate profile

Bachelor's or masters degree in Computer Science or related field.
At least +5 years of experience in brand & marketing management or similar
Managing workstreams teams.
Management of multiple stakeholders in different departments.
Knowledge of brand management and brand management technology.
Experience in managing a brand management system or ecommerce system.
Familiarity with brand guidelines and brand compliance (accessibility).
Knowledge of Digital Asset Management in the tech & marketing landscape.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across functions and geographies.
Certifications in digital marketing are a plus.
Fluent in English.
