Global Artwork Business Applications Support Service Engineer / Business Analyst

Role Overview: As an IT Specialist at Sandoz, you will play a crucial role in troubleshooting and owning systems issues for OneArt, TVT, and other artwork tools. Your responsibilities include troubleshooting and owning systems issues with minimal supervision, ensuring end-to-end ownership and completion of all IT issues, escalating and involving stakeholders as required, owning the APS (Access Provisioning System) process for Artwork Teams, leading and implementing IT projects and improvement projects, assisting operations teams with Artworks IT infrastructure, designing, developing, and implementing information systems strategy and business solutions, and conducting reviews to assess quality assurance practices. Key Responsibilities: - Troubleshooting and owning systems issues for OneArt, TVT, and other artwork tools with minimal supervision - Ensuring end-to-end ownership and completion of all IT issues, including those raised in platforms like SharePoint, Sandoz internal tools, Email, and Chats - Escalating and involving stakeholders as required - Owning the APS (Access Provisioning System) process for Artwork Teams - Ensuring efficient processing of certification, deletion, recertification, and all other activities of APS and user accesses - Leading and implementing IT projects and improvement projects for Artworks Teams - Assisting the operations teams in every issue pertaining to the Artworks IT infrastructure - Designing, developing, and implementing information systems strategy and business solutions for Artworks - Conducting reviews to assess quality assurance practices of all Artworks software products and information systems Qualifications Required: - Graduate / Post Graduate in Applied Sciences or Engineering - Graduate / Post Graduate in Business Administration - Minimum 8 years of overall pharmaceutical or related experience preferred - Experiences in Artwork management are preferred Please Note: The company Sandoz is a leader in the generic and biosimilar medicines industry, providing over 900 million patient treatments across 100+ countries in 2024.
